Problem

Small Shopify stores find out about trouble late. A big cash-on-delivery order from a first-time buyer looks like every other order in the admin. A staff discount code leaks to a coupon site and nobody notices for a week. One product quietly loses money once platform fees and shipping are counted. And many webhook automations trust any request that hits their URL, so a forged "order" can trigger real actions.

What we built

Result (tests, not client outcomes)

11 / 11order-alert checks on n8n 2.45.6, including forged 401, altered body 401, missing header 401 and retry de-duplicated
33 / 33report pack checks: totals match the raw exports, every planted problem flagged, 0 anomalies in the quiet control week
4 / 4planted problems found in the sample week: leaked STAFF50 code (28 orders), refund spike, stalled SKU, sales spike. Also 1 loss-making and 1 missing-cost SKU caught
