Who reads the documents?
An AI model: Claude when you use the skill, OpenAI (your own API key) in the n8n workflow. Scripts then check the arithmetic, dates and duplicates. Models can misread, so check the review list and spot-check new suppliers.
Does it work with scans and phone photos?
Yes, the model reads them visually. Blurry photos and handwriting are where misreads happen; the totals check catches most number misreads.
Does it post to my accounting software?
No. It fills a spreadsheet or Google Sheet. It is data entry help, not accounting or tax advice.
What does the n8n version cost to run?
Your n8n plan plus one OpenAI call per document on your own key. We don't quote OpenAI prices; check theirs.
