Who we are

Oarsman AI is a small studio run by an individual sole proprietor based in India. It is not a registered company.

This website and the demos

• Demos use fictional businesses, people and data, and are labelled "demo build, no client". They are not client results.
• The site and demos are provided "as is", with no warranties. Don't rely on them for real bookings, decisions or data storage.
• Code and content on this site are © Oarsman AI unless marked otherwise. Third-party libraries keep their own licences (for example Luxon and Chart.js under MIT, and SheetJS Community Edition under Apache 2.0). Demo code is shown for evaluation, not licensed for reuse.
• There's no checkout on this site yet, and nothing is sold on it today.

Agents and other digital products

• Products are sold through Gumroad, and Gumroad's terms also apply to the purchase.
• A purchase gives you a licence to use the product in your own business. You may not resell or share the files, unless you bought a resell licence, which lets you install them for your own clients.
• Agents run in your accounts. You're responsible for your accounts, keys, third-party costs and how you configure the agent, including what it may do without your approval.
• AI can make mistakes. Check the output before you rely on it. See our AI disclosure.
• Refunds: 14 days for digital products, or 30 days where a product's Gumroad page promises it. See the refund policy.

Support

• Prices on the pricing page are in US dollars. We sell digital products only. Help is self-serve.
• Help is self-serve: each product's setup guide, its page and the help page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
