Who we are

Oarsman AI is a small studio run by an individual sole proprietor based in India. It is not a registered company. "We" and "us" here mean Oarsman AI.

This website

• The site is static pages hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). A copy of the demos is also hosted on GitHub Pages. We don't use cookies, ads or tracking pixels. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless (details below).
• Our hosts may log technical data such as IP addresses to run and secure their service. See the Firebase privacy information and the GitHub privacy statement.

Browser tools and bring-your-own-key agents

• They run in your browser, and we store nothing. The CSV dashboard and our other browser tools work on your device. What you type or load isn't sent to us.
• When a tool uses your own AI key, your data goes straight from your browser to the AI provider you chose, under that provider's terms. It doesn't pass through us, and we never see your key.
• Some demos keep sample data in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time.

Agents you buy

Agents run in your own accounts (for example your n8n, Google and AI provider accounts). Your data stays with you and those providers. We don't receive it unless you choose to share something with us for support.

Purchases

Purchases go through Gumroad, which processes payment as the seller of record and shares your name, email and order details with us so we can deliver and support your purchase. We never see your card details.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and page-load speed. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, uses no local storage and does not fingerprint you or follow you across sites. Cloudflare receives the page address, referrer, browser type and timing data from a small script, under the Cloudflare privacy policy. Blocking it changes nothing on the site.

Following us on Gumroad

If you follow Oarsman AI on Gumroad or download a product there, Gumroad holds your email address under its own privacy policy and lets you unsubscribe any time. We use it only to tell you about new or updated agents. We don't sell your data.

Voice agents

If a business uses our Front Desk voice kit, calls are handled in that business's own accounts and providers. See AI and call recording.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. For anything we hold, use the details on our contact page.

Changes

We'll update this page if anything changes and show the date at the top.
