The key is wrong or expired. Keys expire after 7 days without use or when you generate a new one. Generate a key again in Lead Manager.
IndiaMART returned error 429
Wait 5 minutes between calls. More than 5 calls in a minute blocks the key for 15 minutes.

The saved file is a web page, not the API answer. Open the API URL again and save the raw text (or copy it into a .json file).
Every lead is Cold
Check that catalogue keywords match the words buyers use (add Hindi or local names too), and that your delivery states are spelled in full.
Claude does not use the skill
Check it is switched on in Settings → Capabilities → Skills, then name it in your message.
The script says a column is missing
Rename your header to one of the names in README, or say the mapping in your message.
Code execution is off
Skills with scripts need code execution enabled in Claude.ai settings.
FAQ
Where do I get the Pull API key? In IndiaMART Lead Manager, the three-dot menu > Import/Export Leads > Pull API > Generate Key. It is for paid sellers with the Leads API add-on. Keep it secret.
Can I use it without giving my key to anyone? Yes. Open the Pull API URL in your own browser and save the answer as a .json file, then attach that. Or run --pull on your own computer with the key in IM_PULL_KEY.
Will it keep my notes when I add new leads? Yes. Download your sheet as CSV and pass it with --master. Your status, owner, notes, next_action, quoted_amount and any columns you added are kept.
Does it send quotes to buyers? No. It writes quotation and reply drafts. You check them and send them yourself.
How do I pull older leads? Use --pull --since-days 90 (up to 365). It makes one call per 7 days, 5 minutes apart, as IndiaMART requires.
