Raise --limit to your MLS's real limit; drafts are cut at a sentence inside it.
Claude does not use the skill
Check it is switched on in Settings → Capabilities → Skills, then name it in your message.
The script says a column is missing
Rename your header to one of the names in README, or say the mapping in your message.
Code execution is off
Skills with scripts need code execution enabled in Claude.ai settings.
FAQ
Is this legal advice? No. It is a word check based on HUD's advertising guidance and common MLS rules. Your broker or MLS has the final say.
Will it flag 'master bedroom'? No. HUD's guidance says terms like master bedroom, family room and walk to bus stop are fine. Some MLSs prefer 'primary bedroom'; add it to your banned words if yours does.
