FAQ
Does it send the emails? No. It writes .eml drafts and a reminders.csv. Open the drafts in your mail app or mail-merge the CSV, check them and send.
Which exports work? Tally Bills Receivable or outstanding reports exported to CSV, Zoho Books invoice exports, or any sheet with invoice, customer, due date (or invoice date) and balance columns.
How does it avoid chasing someone who has paid? Give this period's bank statement CSV. Credits that mention the invoice number, or that exactly match an invoice amount and name the customer, are applied before any reminder is drafted.
Can I write my own wording, in Hindi too? Yes. Write a templates file with [friendly], [firm], [final] and [due_soon] sections, a Subject: line and the body, in any language, using placeholders such as {total_due} and {table}.
What is the UPI link? A standard upi://pay link with your UPI ID, the exact amount and the invoice numbers. On a phone it opens the customer's UPI app with the amount filled in.
