  • New: step-by-step setup page (setup-page/index.html). Plain HTML; open it from the download or the product page.
  • Five steps with copy buttons: the Google Sheet (header row to copy), your business and voice, Fill my workflow (fills Set review settings and the failure-alert email in your browser), logins in n8n, and Test it.
  • The webhook key is generated in your browser, sent only as the X-Api-Key header to your n8n, and never written into the workflow file.
  • Test it sends four test reviews from your browser to your own workflow: 5-star (draft), 1-star refund (Owner first plus email), a repeat (skipped) and invalid input (refused). Every failure (wrong key, wrong address, http, not published, n8n error, CORS, slow or asleep server, old copy) gets a plain fix.
  • Setup doctor ("Something stopped working?"): paste your address and key to rerun every live check.
  • Progress ticks and a progress bar; save progress to a file (the key is left out unless you tick the box) and resume later.
  • Import by file, by paste into the n8n canvas, or n8n's Import from URL for the unfilled file.
  • Success screen with next steps; "Still stuck? Get help" links to the support page; keyboard and screen-reader friendly; works at phone size.
  • No analytics, no storage, no calls to Oarsman AI.

  • Docs: TROUBLESHOOTING.md starts with the top 5 setup problems; VIDEO-SCRIPT.md adds a 90-second setup-page walkthrough and a 12-second GIF script; README points to the setup page.
  • Tests: 7 shared setup-page unit tests and 3 browser tests (Chrome desktop and iPhone size) against an n8n-like stand-in for your server, covering the happy path by keyboard, 9 failure cases, a slow server, resume, setup doctor and opening the page from the download (file://). The 33-check offline engine test is unchanged.
  • No workflow changes: nothing to re-import if you are already set up.

  • Metadata only (2026-11-01, no version change): listing.json gains access_mode "Download + 3-step setup" and ttfv_minutes 30 for the product bar. Files unchanged.
  • Tests: new buyer-runnable offline test, node tests/run_offline.js. It runs the workflow's own Code nodes on the 13 shipped test cases with plain Node.js (no n8n, account, internet or npm install) and is documented in README. No workflow change; there is nothing to re-import.
