Error: no rate for a client
Give --rate, or use an export that includes billable rates.
Error: no header row with duration
Export the detailed report (one row per entry), not the summary.
Hours look wrong
Check whether the export uses hh:mm:ss or decimal hours; both are read, but a column named Time with text like '1 hr' is not.
Claude does not use the skill
Check it is switched on in Settings → Capabilities → Skills, then name it in your message.
The script says a column is missing
Rename your header to one of the names in README, or say the mapping in your message.
Code execution is off
Skills with scripts need code execution enabled in Claude.ai settings.
FAQ
Which exports work? Detailed time exports with client, project and duration columns: Toggl Track, Clockify and Harvest detailed reports, or any CSV with those columns.
Does it send invoices or connect to my tracker? No. It reads the file you exported and writes draft invoices in Markdown and CSV. You add your details and send them yourself.
How are non-billable entries handled? Entries marked not billable are left off invoices and listed in not-invoiced.csv with their hours.
How does the rate table work? Rows of client, project, rate. A blank client or project means any. The most specific row wins.
