  • Reads the company homepage (with retry) and scores 0-100 against your rubric, with reasons
  • Falls back to rule-based scoring if the AI call fails, so no lead is dropped
  • Upserts to a Google Sheets CRM, routes hot leads to Slack/email and warm ones to a nurture tab, with an audit log

Google Sheets. You can replace the Sheets nodes with HubSpot or Pipedrive nodes yourself; that swap is not covered by our tests.

What happens if OpenAI fails?

Rule-based scoring takes over and the lead is still saved, routed and logged with scored_by = rules.

How is this different from Lead Autopilot?

This is one workflow that scores, dedupes and routes. Lead Autopilot is a 7-workflow pack that also replies and runs follow-ups.
