Do I need to code?
No. You import JSON files into n8n and fill in credentials following the setup guide. Comfort with n8n basics helps.
Can it send messages on its own?
Only the replies and follow-ups you configure, to people who contacted you. You can turn off any step: select its node in n8n and press D.
