1.2.0 (2026-11-01)

• Metadata only (2026-11-01, no version change): listing.json gains access_mode "Download + 3-step setup" and ttfv_minutes 45 for the product bar. Files unchanged. Fixed
• Workflow 01: the automatic reply could repeat any service name the AI made up. It now only names a service from your Config services list.
• Workflow 01: the "Tier A?" check had no path for non-hot leads; they now end at "Not hot: no alert".
• Sheets and email nodes now retry once on a server error. Workflow 07 retries once (workflow 01 updates by email, so a repeat does not add rows).
• Test harness: works when n8n execute prints nothing (n8n 2.x) by reading results from n8n's database; mock port can be changed with MOCK_PORT.
• Sample data now uses reserved example.com-style addresses only.

Added - tests/check_results.py: 32 automated pass/fail checks of every scenario. - On-canvas notes in every workflow: an overview (How it works + Setup) and a note per step. - README 5-minute setup, SPEC.md, TROUBLESHOOTING.md (FAQ), SUPPORT.md, VIDEO-SCRIPT.md, diagram, VERSION, listing.json, QA-REPORT.json.

Removed - Email support and the "installed for you" add-on. The product is fully self-serve: docs, FAQ and versioned updates. - SETUP-GUIDE.pdf (it was out of date; SETUP-GUIDE.md is the guide).

Fixed - Test harness: tests/make_test_variants.py now gives each test copy a workflow ID. In v1.0, run_tests.sh failed with KeyError: 'id', because the shipped workflows (correctly) carry no ID. The workflows themselves were not affected. - Test harness: the docs now run bash run_tests.sh, because zip tools often drop the executable bit (./run_tests.sh: Permission denied). - Wording for n8n 2.x: the guide and the in-canvas sticky notes now say Publish (n8n 2.x) as well as Active (n8n 1.x). v1.0 only said "Activate". - Sticky note in workflow 01: it referred to "both Sheets nodes" and "2 Slack nodes", but there is one of each.

Added - Email hot-lead alert (to you) in workflow 01: A-tier leads now also email you a summary with score, need, reasoning and their message, so you get hot leads without Slack. User-supplied text is HTML-escaped. - The test harness now renders every email node's real to/subject/HTML expressions, so email templates are tested too. - README.md (start here), QUICK-START.md (a 15-minute checklist) and NICHE-PRESETS.md (Config values for 8 business types). - screenshots/: canvas screenshots of all 7 workflows, taken from a real n8n 2.44.6 import. - 7 new troubleshooting entries: webhook 404, invalid-email 400, slow runs with no Slack, the honeypot, Gmail app passwords, sheet-tab names, and running without Slack. - A section on re-running the included tests.
