You attached an orders or sales file. Download 'Currently for Sale Listings' from Shop Manager > Settings > Options > Download Data.
Every listing says 0 photos
Your file has no IMAGE columns. Download the listings CSV again from Etsy without editing columns.
Too many competing title pairs
Raise --similar-title (for example 0.85) to flag only very close titles.
Claude does not use the skill
Check it is switched on in Settings → Capabilities → Skills, then name it in your message.
The script says a column is missing
Rename your header to one of the names in README, or say the mapping in your message.
Code execution is off
Skills with scripts need code execution enabled in Claude.ai settings.

Does it change my listings? No. It writes an audit and a fixes sheet. You edit listings yourself in Etsy.
Do I need to give my Etsy login? No. Download the listings CSV from Shop Manager and attach the file.
What does Pro add over the free version? Every listing instead of the first 10, duplicate and competing titles, overused tags across the shop, cleaned-up titles and tag ideas in a fixes sheet.
Does it know what buyers search for? No. It checks your listings against Etsy's guidance. Keyword research needs search data that the CSV does not have.
