This product is fully self-serve. Everything you need is in the files you downloaded.
- Help: README.md, SETUP-GUIDE.md (step by step) and TROUBLESHOOTING.md (fixes and FAQ). There is no call, chat or email support.
- Refund: 14-day "works as described", requested through the checkout platform you bought on.
- Updates: fixes ship as new versions at the same download link. CHANGELOG.md lists every change.
Update plan
- PATCH release for fixes, MINOR for new options, MAJOR when inputs, outputs or setup change.
- Every release re-runs the factory QA gate, the unit, end-to-end and setup test suites, and updates CHANGELOG.md, VERSION and listing.json.
- New questions found in refund reasons or public reviews go into TROUBLESHOOTING.md in the next version.
Regression re-test triggers
- A new n8n major or minor release, or changes to the Webhook, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Slack or Email Send nodes.
- Vapi or Retell API or tool-call format changes.
- Google Sheets or Calendar API changes.
- A refund request or review names a bug (add that case to the tests first, anonymised).
- Quarterly, even if nothing changed.
If a re-test fails, the listing goes to coming-soon until it passes again.
