One orders report and one settlement report become a per-order status: paid, unpaid and overdue, charged after cancellation, paid nothing, high deductions, duplicate lines and unknown orders, with deductions totalled by type.
Who it is for: Seller or accountant for an Indian brand selling on Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon.in or Myntra, who checks every month whether each order was paid and what was deducted.

What it does
It finds the header row in both reports and reads common column names from Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon.in and Myntra downloads (sub order no, order id, amazon-order-id; settlement amount, final settlement amount, amount). Settlement lines are summed per order. Fee columns (commission, shipping, fixed fee, return charges, TCS, TDS, penalty) are totalled, and one-row-per-amount reports are classified by their description. Each order then gets a status from its order status and its net settlement: paid, not paid after your overdue days, charged on a cancelled order, paid nothing on a delivered order, deductions above your threshold, or sale money still sitting on a returned order. Repeated settlement lines and settlements for orders not in your report are listed.
What you need
- Claude.ai with code execution switched on (or Claude Code, or just Python 3.10+)
- Your orders report and payments/settlement report downloaded from the seller panel as CSV or Excel
5-minute setup
- Claude.ai: open Settings → Capabilities → Skills, click Upload skill and pick
claude-ai-upload/marketplace-settlement-reconciler.zip. - Claude Code: copy the folder
skills/marketplace-settlement-reconcilerinto~/.claude/skills/. - Start a new chat. Attach your file and say: "Use marketplace-settlement-reconciler. Check this Meesho orders report against the payments report and tell me what was not paid".

Run the sample (fictional Meesho-style October 2026 reports):
