Attach the order-level report, not the summary. It needs an order id column and an amount column.
Everything shows as not paid
The two reports use different ids (order id vs sub order id). Download the settlement report at the same level as the orders report.

Export a shorter date range, or use Pro.
Recent orders show as overdue
Set --as-of to today's date or raise --pending-days to your payment cycle.
Claude does not use the skill
Check it is switched on in Settings → Capabilities → Skills, then name it in your message.
The script says a column is missing
Rename your header to one of the names in README, or say the mapping in your message.
Code execution is off
Skills with scripts need code execution enabled in Claude.ai settings.
FAQ
Does it log in to my seller panel? No. You download the orders and settlement reports and attach them. It never asks for a password or API key.
Which marketplaces work? Reports with an order id column and a settlement amount column. Common Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon.in and Myntra column names are recognised.
Is the free version limited? One marketplace, one settlement file and up to 300 orders per run. No account and no monthly cap.
Will it raise the tickets? No. It lists each order with the reason; you raise tickets in your seller panel.
