Does it work out PF and ESI? Not in the free version; type the amounts. Pro works out PF on the current EPF ceiling, ESI and PT.

Can I add my own earning or deduction? Yes. Add a column named earn_ or ded_, for example earn_shift_allowance.

What does Pro add? PF, ESI and PT worked out, the 50% wage test, a bank transfer file, a PF/ESI summary and offer letters.
