This product is fully self-serve. Everything you need is in the files you downloaded.
- Help: README.md (5-minute setup), n8n/SETUP.md and TROUBLESHOOTING.md (FAQ and fixes). There is no call, chat or email support.
- Refund: 14-day "works as described", requested through the checkout platform you bought on.
- Updates: fixes ship as new versions at the same download link. CHANGELOG.md lists every change.
Update plan
- PATCH release for fixes, MINOR for new options, MAJOR when inputs, outputs or setup change.
- Every release re-runs the factory QA gate, the shipped tests and the real-world PDF set in tests/REAL-WORLD-QA.md, and updates CHANGELOG.md, VERSION and listing.json.
- New questions found in refund reasons or public reviews are added to TROUBLESHOOTING.md in the next version.
Regression re-test triggers
- Claude Agent Skills format or claude.ai upload changes; pdfplumber, pypdf or openpyxl major releases.
- n8n minor/major release, or changes to the Form Trigger, Webhook, Gmail Trigger, OpenAI, Google Sheets or Email Send nodes.
- OpenAI model retirement for the model set in the workflow settings node.
- A refund request or public review names a bug (add that case to the tests first, anonymised).
- Quarterly, even if nothing changed.
If a re-test fails, the listing goes to coming-soon until it passes again.
