Questions
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the files you already downloaded, under the same Personal licence. You don't get new agents after the membership ends.
Is setup help included?
Each agent comes with a step-by-step setup guide, and our docs and help box cover common questions. There's no human install service.
Can I use it for client work?
The pass includes the Personal licence. For client or agency work, buy the Commercial licence on the agent's own page where it's offered.
